She has meticulously "leveled up" at every stage of her career transitioning from exempt care to family daycare, then to group family care, and now, to the official opening of the Positive Growth Daycare LLC center.
Alongside her fiancé and partner, Mark Barbee, Denika has elevated her vision to create a premier childcare facility. Together, they have fostered an environment that isn't just a daycare, but a community.
